Ticket sales cover only a fraction of our costs. Your gift to the Annual Fund ensures the continuance of our award-winning tradition of musical excellence, supports our popular education program, and keeps great symphonic and choral music alive in our community.

Ticket and Concert Policies:

There is a non-refundable $3.50 convenience fee per transaction for credit card purchases through this website for Greenfield Concerts and for credit card purchases purchases that require mailing of tickets.

Ticket purchases are not refundable
The Pioneer Valley Symphony is not responsible for any media errors regarding ticket prices, times and dates of concerts. All concert details are as noted in PVS materials and on our website.

ONLINE TICKET ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 1:00 PM THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE CONCERT
All tickets are for general (unassigned) seating. The box office at each concert venue opens one hour before performance time. For parking and the best available seats, please plan to arrive early at the performance hall. The theater or hall opens for seating one half-hour before curtain time.
Limited wheelchair seating is available. To reserve, please call 413-773-3664.

Pioneer Valley Symphony Orchestra and Chorus accepts all major credit cards. Ordering is secure. We share information with NO ONE.

Tickets will be mailed to you after your credit card is processed so make sure your shipping information is accurate. As noted above, online ticket purchase must be placed by 1:00 pm the Friday before the concert. If you need to pick up tickets at Will Call - include your request in the "Comments" section of the order form.
